The Program
The Trench Boys 5v5 Linemen Program gives offensive and defensive linemen a platform to compete, showcase technique, build confidence, and receive recognition for the work done in the trenches.
Big men get their own stage. Athletes are coached on hand placement, leverage, footwork, and pass-rush moves on every rep, then tested in a live 5v5 competition format that rewards technique over size alone.
What Athletes Work On
- Hand placement and strike technique
- Leverage, pad level, and body control
- Footwork, kick step, and pass sets
- Pass-rush moves and competitive 5v5 reps
